Who is responsible for the data
Site operator and data controller: Eyal Meshulam, Haifa. Contact for privacy matters: Eyal Meshulam, [email protected], or through the contact page.
What data is collected and why
- The contact form: name, phone, and optionally the business name, number of employees and the content of your message. Purpose: to get back to you and offer a service. Providing the data is voluntary; name and phone are required so that we can get back to you.
- WhatsApp and phone: an inquiry through these channels is kept by us like any business correspondence.
- Browsing the site: the infrastructure servers record technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and operations. In addition, the site measures its use with Google Analytics 4 (see "Cookies" below). The site loads no advertising pixels. Details in the cookie policy.
- We do not ask for sensitive data on the site, and there is no need to provide passwords or details about your business systems in the form.
Cookies and choosing what is collected
- What actually runs on the site: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Cloudflare's Zaraz service. There are no advertising network pixels.
- By default the site uses cookies to operate and for statistics. The notice shown on your first visit says so.
- You can choose otherwise at any time, with the control below:
- All cookies (default): cookies for operating the site and the Google Analytics statistics cookies.
- Necessary cookies only: Google Analytics is not loaded, and analytics cookies already stored are deleted.
- No cookies at all: as "necessary only", and in addition the site deletes on every visit every cookie it can, except the cookie that records this choice itself.
- The choice is stored on your device only. Clearing your browsing data restores the default.
Legal basis for processing
Your consent when sending the inquiry, the need to get back to you and offer a service, and a legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
Who the data is shared with
- Cloudflare, the infrastructure provider the site runs on.
- Google, through Google Analytics 4, for aggregate usage statistics (when the choice is "All cookies").
- Resend, the email service through which the form inquiry is sent to us, and the mailbox where it is received.
- Some providers operate outside Israel, and the transfer is subject to their safeguards for international data transfers.
- Authorities, if required by law.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
How long the data is kept
- An inquiry that did not lead to an engagement: up to one year, then deleted.
- Details of a customer who engaged us: for the duration of the engagement, and afterwards as required by tax law.
Your rights
- To review the data kept about you, and to request its correction or deletion (subject to retention duties under law).
- To ask us not to contact you again.
- To file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority. We would appreciate it if you contact us first, so we can fix things.
Requests on these matters are handled within 30 days at most, free of charge.
Marketing email
We do not send marketing email. If we add it in the future, it will be sent only to those who gave explicit consent, under section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), with a simple way to unsubscribe.
Data security
- The site is served over HTTPS only.
- Access to inquiries is limited to the two partners.
- AMASH will never ask you for a password in a message. Received a suspicious message in our name? Do not click any links, and report it to us.
In the event of a serious security incident involving personal data, we will act according to the law and the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority, and notify those affected without delay.
