IT support for businesses
An employee stuck, a printer that will not print, email that will not arrive. You contact us, and we fix it remotely or come over.

What's included
- Support for employees by phone, WhatsApp and remote connection
- System and software updates, and a check that they were actually installed
- New employee: user account, email, permissions and a computer ready for day one
- Departing employee: access closed on every system, email and files handed over, equipment returned
- Printers, scanners and peripherals
- Two-factor authentication (MFA) on every employee's email and accounts
When you need it
If one of these sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.
- Every problem lands on the most 'technical' person in the office, who no longer gets their own work done
- Nobody knows which passwords and user accounts the business has
- An employee left months ago and still has access to email
- The computers have not been updated since you bought them
How it works
- You reach out WhatsApp or phone, directly to us. No call center.
- We fix it remotely Most issues are solved over a remote connection, without waiting for a technician.
- We come if needed Equipment, network or anything that needs hands: we come to the office.
What it costs
The price depends on the scope of work and the number of workstations. After the office survey we send a written quote.
The user accounts, passwords and network documentation belong to the business. Leaving us? You get everything, in order. A monthly retainer is cancelled with 30 days notice.

- Does Microsoft 365 back up your business? In short: there is a recycle bin, and there is a recovery window of 14 to 93 days, depending on what was deleted. That is not a backup. Anything deleted earlier than that, or the email of an employee deleted without preparation, does not come back.
Questions we hear a lot
Monthly retainer or pay per call, which is better?
If there is a fault or a request almost every week, a monthly retainer is usually cheaper and includes maintenance that prevents faults. If you call once every few months, pay per call is enough.
What happens when an employee leaves?
We close their access to every system the same day, hand their email and files over to whoever continues, and get the equipment back. No open account is left behind for someone who no longer works there.
Do you work on Shabbat?
No. We are available Sunday to Thursday between 10:00 and 19:00, and not on Shabbat or holidays.

It starts with an office survey
We come over, check backups, updates, Wi-Fi and permissions, and leave a written list of what we found. After the survey we send a written quote. Tell us how many employees you have and what is annoying, and we will get back to you within one business day.
