Ongoing support and helpdesk
An employee stuck, a printer that will not print, email that will not arrive. You contact us, and we fix it remotely or come over.
Does every problem land on the most 'technical' person in the office, who no longer gets their own work done? We take it off their hands: support, network, backup and Microsoft 365 for businesses of up to 30 employees, with a fixed team and no call center.
20 years in networking, support and software testing, now for your office.
What we keep working
If one of these rings a bell, your first month with us starts right there.
A business that moves to us does not start with a fault. It starts with a full picture of what is in the office.
At the end of the month you will know what is in the office, what was fixed and what we recommend.
You do not need to prepare a list of what is in the office. That is what the survey is for.
You do not need to wait for a technician for most of it. It is done over a remote connection.
You do not need to know about computers to read the report. It is written in plain language.
What the report looks like (An illustration, not a real customer)
Everything an IT department does in a large company, sized for a small business.

An employee stuck, a printer that will not print, email that will not arrive. You contact us, and we fix it remotely or come over.

Wi-Fi that reaches every room, a tidy comms cabinet, a firewall and a VPN for working from home.

Automatic backup of the computers, the server and Microsoft 365, and a check that restoring really works.

Email on the business's own domain, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, users and permissions.

A file server, NAS or cloud server, with tidy permissions and backup.

We plan the infrastructure before the move, and make sure everything works on day one.

We recommend what to buy, order it, install and configure it. Plus IT budget planning.
Small businesses in every field. Each type of business has something that matters to it most.
Clear business hours, and a fast answer within them.
The Wi-Fi that drops in the meeting room, a comms cabinet nobody dares to open, a VPN that works for half the staff. We have been doing this for 20 years.
Network services
The two of us founded the business, and we still answer the phone ourselves. Whoever takes care of you knows the office and the systems.

Three ways to work with us. The price depends on the scope of work and the number of workstations, and after the office survey we send a written quote.

Ongoing support, maintenance and backup at a fixed monthly price, by number of employees.

Buy hours in advance and use them over the year.

No commitment. You pay for the time we worked.
In writing, whichever way you work with us
We come to offices and industrial zones in Haifa and the surrounding area.
We also come to Kiryat Yam, Kiryat Haim and the Carmel Coast communities.
If there is a fault or a request almost every week, a monthly retainer is usually cheaper and includes maintenance that prevents faults. If you call once every few months, pay per call is enough.
A monthly retainer is cancelled with 30 days notice. The user accounts, passwords and network documentation belong to the business. Leaving us? You get everything, in order. So whoever takes over from us can start right away.
We close their access to every system the same day, hand their email and files over to whoever continues, and get the equipment back.
Both are good. If employees work a lot in Word and Excel, usually 365. If everything is already in Gmail and Drive, Workspace. We recommend based on what the business already does.
No. We are available Sunday to Thursday between 10:00 and 19:00, and not on Shabbat or holidays.
Yes, at our separate lab, ChipLab, in Haifa. It handles home computers and laptops: repairs, upgrades and data recovery. This site is about IT services for businesses.
We come over, check backups, updates, Wi-Fi and permissions, and leave a written list of what we found. After the survey we send a written quote. Tell us how many employees you have and what is annoying, and we will get back to you within one business day.

AI assistant. It can make mistakes and does not replace talking to the team.
