Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one, and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

AMASH (א.מ.ש) works to provide equal service to all visitors, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

The site is built to the WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines, which exceed the requirements of Israeli Standard 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 level AA).

The site was checked on 19 October 2026: an automated scan of every page against WCAG 2.2 level AA, and a manual check of keyboard navigation, forms, zoom up to 200%, increased text spacing, operating-system high-contrast mode and stopping animations. The issues found were fixed. The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader, and such a test is planned.

Accessibility features on the site

  • Full keyboard navigation, including a skip link to the main content and menus that close with Escape.
  • A permanent accessibility menu, whose chosen settings are kept for future visits.
  • Respect for the browser's font size setting (relative units).
  • Color contrast checked to level AA for every combination of text and background.
  • A correct heading structure, landmarks and breadcrumbs for screen readers.
  • Respect for the reduced motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
  • Forms with clear labels and announced status messages.
  • The site is available in Hebrew and in English, with a language switch in the header.

Parts that may not be fully accessible

  • WhatsApp and other external services the site links to are not under our control.
  • There may be defects that have not been identified. We fix every defect reported to us.

Physical service

AMASH has no office open to the public. The service is provided remotely and at customers' offices, and any adjustment required can be requested in advance.
