Office setup and relocation
We plan the infrastructure before the move, and make sure everything works on day one.

What's included
- Planning network points, Wi-Fi and the comms cabinet before the renovation
- Coordination with the internet provider and the phone lines
- Disconnecting, moving and reconnecting the computers, printers and server
- A check of every workstation before the employees arrive
When you need it
If one of these sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.
- You are moving office in a few months and have not thought about the network yet
- You are renovating, and the electrician is asking where to put network points
What it costs
The price depends on the scope of work and the number of workstations. After the office survey we send a written quote.
The user accounts, passwords and network documentation belong to the business. Leaving us? You get everything, in order. A monthly retainer is cancelled with 30 days notice.
Questions we hear a lot
When should we contact you before a move?
As early as possible, ideally before the renovation. Network points and the location of the comms cabinet are easy to plan while the walls are open, and hard and expensive to add afterwards.

It starts with an office survey
We come over, check backups, updates, Wi-Fi and permissions, and leave a written list of what we found. After the survey we send a written quote. Tell us how many employees you have and what is annoying, and we will get back to you within one business day.
