Microsoft 365 and business email
Email on the business's own domain, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, users and permissions.

What's included
- Email on the business's own domain
- Migration from existing email (Gmail, an old server, another provider) without losing messages
- Buying licenses and matching the plan to what employees actually need
- Users, shared mailboxes and folder permissions
- Two-factor authentication (MFA) for every user
- Google Workspace, for those already working in Gmail and Drive
When you need it
If one of these sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.
- The business still sends email from a personal Gmail address
- All employees use the same username and password
- You pay for licenses nobody uses
What it costs
The price depends on the scope of work and the number of workstations. After the office survey we send a written quote.
The user accounts, passwords and network documentation belong to the business. Leaving us? You get everything, in order. A monthly retainer is cancelled with 30 days notice.
Further reading
- Does Microsoft 365 back up your business? In short: there is a recycle bin, and there is a recovery window of 14 to 93 days, depending on what was deleted. That is not a backup. Anything deleted earlier than that, or the email of an employee deleted without preparation, does not come back.
Questions we hear a lot
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both are good. If employees work a lot in Word and Excel, usually 365. If everything is already in Gmail and Drive, Workspace. We recommend based on what the business already does.
Will the migration stop our work?
We plan it so email keeps working, and the switch itself happens at the end of a day or at the end of the work week.

It starts with an office survey
We come over, check backups, updates, Wi-Fi and permissions, and leave a written list of what we found. After the survey we send a written quote. Tell us how many employees you have and what is annoying, and we will get back to you within one business day.
