- איך מתחילים: סקר משרד, ואחריו הצעת מחיר כתובה. החודש הראשון ("30 יום למשרד ירוק"): סקר, טיפול בדחוף, ודוח של מה מצאנו, מה תוקן ומה מומלץ.
- התחייבויות (גם בתקנון): המשתמשים, הסיסמאות והתיעוד של הרשת שייכים לעסק. עוזבים אותנו? מקבלים הכל מסודר. ריטיינר חודשי מבטלים בהודעה של 30 יום.
- לא בתחום: תיקון מחשבים ביתיים (לשם יש את ChipLab, https://chiplab.co.il), וייעוץ אבטחת מידע או DPO.

- משרדי עורכי דין ורואי חשבון: מסמכים של לקוחות שאסור שיגיעו לידיים הלא נכונות, ועבודה גם מהבית. הרשאות לפי עובד, אימות דו-שלבי לכל מייל, גישה מרחוק מאובטחת וגיבוי שנבדק בשחזור.
- מרפאות וקליניקות: מידע רפואי הוא מידע רגיש לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, והמחשב בקבלה לא יכול ליפול באמצע יום מטופלים. גיבוי, עדכונים קבועים, ו-Wi-Fi לחדר ההמתנה שמנותק מהמחשבים.
- גני ילדים ומסגרות חינוך: מעט מחשבים והרבה ציוד: מצלמות, מדפסת, Wi-Fi לצוות ולפעמים להורים. רשת יציבה ופשוטה, שמפרידה בין המצלמות לשאר הציוד.

# AMASH (English)

> Ongoing IT support, office networks and Wi-Fi, cloud backup and Microsoft 365 for businesses of up to 30 employees in Haifa, the Krayot, Nesher, Tirat Carmel and the Carmel Coast. A small, fixed team, no call center.

- Hours: Sun-Thu, 10:00-19:00. Closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays.
- Service area: Haifa, Nesher, Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik and Motzkin, Tirat Carmel, Atlit, Kiryat Yam, Kiryat Haim, Carmel Coast.
- Typical customer: a small business of up to about 30 employees, in any field.
- How to start: an office survey, followed by a written quote. The first month ("30 days to a green office"): survey, the urgent fixes, and a report of what we found, what was fixed and what we recommend.
- Commitments (also in the terms): The user accounts, passwords and network documentation belong to the business. Leaving us? You get everything, in order. A monthly retainer is cancelled with 30 days notice.
- Not offered: home computer repair (see ChipLab, https://chiplab.co.il), and information security or DPO consulting.

## Who we work for
- Law and accounting firms: Client documents that must never reach the wrong hands, and work from home too. Per-employee permissions, two-factor authentication on every mailbox, secure remote access, and a backup that has been tested by actually restoring from it.
- Clinics and medical practices: Medical records are sensitive data under the Privacy Protection Law, and the front-desk computer cannot go down in the middle of a day of patients. Backup, regular updates, and waiting-room Wi-Fi that is isolated from the computers.
- Kindergartens and schools: Few computers and lots of equipment: cameras, a printer, Wi-Fi for staff and sometimes for parents. A stable, simple network that keeps the cameras separate from everything else.
- Architecture and engineering offices: Heavy design files that several people work on together. A file server or NAS, a fast network between workstations, and a backup that does not depend on a single computer.
- Shops and restaurants: A point of sale and card terminal that must keep working, plus Wi-Fi for customers. The POS network is separated from the guest network, and the equipment is backed up so a fault does not stop sales.
- Businesses in industrial zones: An office, a warehouse and sometimes a production line on the same site. Wi-Fi that reaches the warehouse and the scanners, cameras, and office computers, each on its own part of the network.
